Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1281, by Gêbêm. The establishment of Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Gêbêm electing to pay people to resettle in Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ.

Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad packed earth streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the city's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Ichyû Mûrû Kâchyâ's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
